Eco friendly dentistry is an important value to us at Cosmodontics. We live in the age of increasing sustainability and environmental awareness!

We are conscious about the environmental impacts of dentistry and our practice specifically. So, in order to help our beautiful planet, as well as benefit our staff and patients, we aim to reduce our own carbon footprint as much as possible.

Our Eco-friendly initiatives

Cosmodontics is a boutique practice, which means that we strive to keep up with the world’s latest products and technologies when it comes to dentistry. Our knowledge and application follows as dentistry evolves to become more biocompatible and environmentally sound. 

Moving towards a digitally efficient practice, we can reduce the need for excessive paper. We use the latest in digital dental technologies which eliminate wasteful materials from treatments as well as reducing the number of disposable products. Non-toxic materials are applied to treatments and chemical use is reduced during sterilisation and disinfecting. We strive to utilise eco-friendly products and instruments as well such as toothbrushes and flosses that are more biodegradable and biocompatible. Medical waste is disposed of in appropriate bins, recycling when and where possible.
